Transformation is Possible

You know there’s some deeper healing that needs to happen, but right now, you just need relief from the stress and overwhelm. I get it. That’s why I combine practical cognitive tools with somatic therapies to treat the whole person—mind, body, and emotions. Whether you’re struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, or navigating relationship issues or major life changes, I’m here to guide you. My nervous system-informed approach helps you restore balance, ease emotional distress, and build a stronger foundation for long-term healing.

Attachment-Based Therapy

Attachment-based therapy isn’t a specific model of therapy but a framework that helps us understand how your early relationships shaped the way you connect with others today. These early experiences influence how you see yourself, how you show up in relationships, and even how you set and maintain boundaries. Together, we’ll explore these patterns, work toward healing attachment wounds, and help you create healthier, more balanced relationships—with yourself, your family, and others. This approach focuses on helping you break free from old patterns, build secure connections, and show up in your relationships with confidence and authenticity.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a powerful approach that helps you connect with and understand the different “parts” of yourself—like the part that feels anxious, the part that gets angry, or the part that wants to shut down. These parts are often formed as a way to protect you during challenging times, but they may now be causing conflict within you. Through IFS, we’ll work to heal the inner child wounds and trauma driving these parts, helping you feel more whole, balanced, and at peace with yourself.

IFS might be right for you if:

  1. You feel stuck in cycles of self-criticism, shame, or emotional overwhelm.

  2. You notice patterns of reacting that seem to come from a deeper place but don’t fully understand them.

  3. You’re ready to explore how unresolved trauma or childhood experiences are impacting your emotions and behaviors today.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based therapy designed to help you process and heal from difficult or traumatic experiences. For moms breaking generational cycles, unresolved trauma can feel like a heavy weight influencing your parenting, relationships, and sense of self. EMDR uses bilateral stimulation to reprocess painful memories, reducing their emotional intensity and helping you feel more grounded and in control. It’s especially useful when past experiences feel like they’re holding you back, allowing you to heal deeply and create a new path forward.

EMDR might be right for you if:

  1. You have unresolved trauma or painful memories that still affect you.

  2. Certain situations, people, or triggers make you feel overwhelmed or stuck.

  3. You want to heal old wounds and reduce emotional reactivity.

  4. You’re ready to feel lighter and more in control of your emotions.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a practical, evidence-based approach that helps you identify and change negative thought patterns. While my work as an attachment-based and IFS therapist often focuses on deep healing, there are times when insight alone isn’t enough to create change.

In these situations, CBT provides actionable tools to manage anxiety, overthinking, and unhelpful habits, offering a clear path to immediate progress while complementing deeper, long-term work.

CBT might be right for you if:

  1. You feel stuck in cycles of overthinking or self-doubt.

  2. Anxiety, depression, or stress are making it hard to enjoy life.

  3. You want practical tools to manage your emotions and take control of your mental health.

  4. You’re ready to shift negative thoughts and create healthier habits.
